Fire station field trip

What a fun day!  Our Tooele City Fire Dept. is all volunteer Every year they are so great to teach us fire safety.
Fire Fighter Mike Jensen is so great with the kids. Here he is teaching them to use the back of their hands not the front to touch the door.
 Carter our fire fighter
Fire fighter Mike is our friend he teaches us not to be scared in his uniform.

He taught us to yell HELP and never hide in a house when there is a fire.

If you have a fire on you STOP, DROP and ROLL
Fire fighter Mike shows us the tools in the fire truck.

He gave us all fire fighter helmets

crawl on the ground to get out.  The smoke above you can cause you to pass out and the poisons on the ground can also. so crawling is a safe place.

This is a picture of all of the M/W classes (and a few from the T/Th who missed the day before)

Fire fighter Mike and Fire fighter Scott (Scott is Hunters dad)

Thank you Trista- Hunter and Firefighter Scott for helping today

We love the fire station.  We are grateful for their endless service and their hearts are into their jobs.  A huge thank you to Mike Jensen and Scott Watkins.  Also a big thanks to Tooele City Fire Dept.
